Refund & Credits Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund & Credits Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and digital services provided by Avriro.
By subscribing to a plan or using Avriro services, you agree to this policy.
2. Digital Services
Avriro provides AI-powered digital services, including but not limited to:
- AI Product Photography
- Virtual Try-On
- AI Background Removal
- Image-to-Prompt Conversion
- Product Realizer
- Other AI-generated content services
Because these are digital services delivered electronically, access may be provided immediately after purchase.
By completing a purchase and explicitly consenting at checkout, you acknowledge that service delivery begins immediately and that your statutory right of withdrawal may be waived where permitted by applicable law, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Credits System
Credits are virtual units used to access Avriro services. Credits are included with Avriro subscription plans as a recurring allowance for each billing period.
Credit Allowance & Renewal
Your credit allowance refreshes at the start of each billing period based on your active plan. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits are not sold as separately purchased packages and do not carry an independent expiry date.
Account Binding
Credits are tied to the account that holds the subscription and cannot be transferred between accounts. Avriro reserves the right to restrict or suspend credit usage in cases involving fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, security concerns, or violations of our Terms of Service.
No Cash Value
Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be exchanged for cash or financial compensation.
4. Credit Refund Eligibility
Because credits are bundled with a subscription rather than purchased separately, a subscription and its credit allowance are generally non-refundable once any credits in the current billing period have been used.
Important
Once any credit from your current billing period has been used, the remaining allowance for that period becomes non-refundable. Refund decisions are subject to verification and approval by Avriro, and are assessed under Section 6 (Subscription Cancellation) and Section 7 (Technical Failure Refunds).
5. Failed Generations & Credit Restoration
Avriro automatically restores credits when a generation fails due to an internal system issue. Examples include:
- AI provider failure
- Internal server error
- Processing timeout
- Generation crash
- Failed image delivery
- Infrastructure outage
- Technical malfunction preventing completion
Automatic Credit Restoration
If a generation fails due to an internal system error, credits are automatically restored to your account. You generally do not need to submit a separate refund request for qualifying technical failures.
Not Eligible for Credit Restoration
Credits will not be restored when:
- The generation completes successfully.
- You dislike the generated result.
- The uploaded image is low quality.
- The prompt produces unexpected results.
- You upload the wrong image.
- You enter an incorrect prompt.
- The output does not match subjective preferences.
AI-generated results may vary, and dissatisfaction with a successfully completed generation does not qualify for a credit refund or restoration.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for:
- Previous subscription payments.
- Previously used credits.
- Previously delivered services.
Any benefits associated with the active billing period remain available until the end of the current subscription term unless otherwise stated.
7. Technical Failure Refunds
Refunds may be considered when:
- A purchased service cannot be delivered due to a verified technical issue caused by Avriro.
- Access to a purchased service is unavailable despite successful payment.
- Credits cannot be used because of a persistent platform failure.
- A technical issue prevents access to paid features for an extended period.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Refund decisions remain at Avriro’s sole discretion following investigation of the reported issue.
8. Abuse, Fraud & Chargebacks
To protect the platform and its users, Avriro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of promotional offers
- Automated misuse
- Unauthorized account access
- Credit farming
- Multiple-account abuse
- Attempts to bypass platform limits
- Violations of applicable laws
Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after services or credits have been consumed, Avriro reserves the right to:
- Suspend the associated account.
- Remove access to paid services.
- Revoke unused credits.
- Restrict future purchases.
9. Rate Limiting & Service Protection
To maintain platform stability and protect service integrity:
- Maximum request limits may be enforced on specific endpoints.
- Excessive requests may be delayed, throttled, or temporarily blocked.
- Abuse-prevention measures may be applied automatically.
Current limits may change without prior notice as infrastructure requirements evolve.
10. Pay Button Activation & Consent
To ensure compliance with applicable consumer-protection laws:
- Required consent checkboxes must be accepted before payment can be completed.
- The payment button remains disabled until all required consents are provided.
- By completing payment, you confirm that you understand the nature of the digital service being purchased and agree to immediate service delivery where applicable.
11. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact contact@avriro.com. Please include:
- Order ID
- Purchase email address
- Description of the issue
- Relevant screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
Incomplete requests may require additional information before review.
12. Response Time
Avriro aims to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
Complex cases may require additional review time.
13. Changes to This Policy
Avriro may update this Refund & Credits Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of Avriro services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
