Returns & Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This policy applies to all digital services purchased through Avriro. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
2. Digital Services
Digital services are delivered immediately after payment. Once access is granted or the service is delivered, the right of withdrawal (refund) is lost, in compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, provided the user has explicitly consented to the immediate start of the service via the checkbox at checkout.
3. Refund Eligibility / Technical Failure
Refunds are considered only if:
- The service is not delivered due to a technical failure on our side, e.g., system error preventing access.
- There is a verifiable issue preventing access to the service (e.g., user account inaccessible despite valid credentials).
All other reasons, including change of mind or misuse, are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at avriro.cont@gmail.com with:
- Your order details
- A description of the problem
We will verify the issue and determine eligibility.
5. Response Time
We will respond within 5 business days and provide a resolution or refund if eligible.
6. Rate Limiting
To prevent abuse and protect service integrity:
- Maximum 10 requests per minute per IP are allowed on checkout endpoints.
- Excess requests may be temporarily blocked.
7. Pay Button Activation
The Pay button is disabled (opacity 50%, cursor not-allowed) until the user checks all required consent checkboxes. The button is automatically enabled once all required checkboxes are checked. This ensures explicit consent before the service starts and the waiver of the withdrawal right is valid.
8. Exceptions
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after accessing the service
- Misuse or unauthorized use of the service
