1. Scope of Service
We provide AI-based digital services, including:
- Virtual Try-On (AI-generated model images)
- Background Remover
- Image to Prompt
- Product Realizer (image enhancement)
All outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided "as is". Results may vary depending on the input and system limitations.
2. User Obligations
Users agree:
- Not to upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized copyrighted content
- To provide accurate information
- Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content violating these rules.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Prices are displayed at checkout
- Payments are processed via Stripe
- VAT is included where applicable
4. Service Start & Waiver of Withdrawal Right
This is a digital service that begins immediately after payment.
By purchasing, the user expressly agrees to the immediate start of the service and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service has begun, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
5. Intellectual Property
- All software and systems remain the property of Avriro.
- Users are granted a non-exclusive right to use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform itself without permission.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of:
- Intentional misconduct
- Gross negligence
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Cookies & Tracking
- We use cookies to improve user experience and analyze traffic.
- We use Google Analytics provided by Google LLC.
- Non-essential cookies are only activated after user consent via the cookie banner.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Where legally permitted, jurisdiction is in Leipzig.
11. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
